Keri Russell serves as Goodwill’s Director of Kauai County Operations located in Lihue at the Goodwill Industries Kauai office, which opened in January of 2010. Keri began employment with Goodwill in June of 2005 with the SEE Hawaii Work Program and currently oversees six programs which services the low income and non-citizen population in Kauai County. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University of Hawaii and has over 17 years of experience in business, program management and human services. Before joining Goodwill, Keri assisted employers such as Apple Computer, Hewlett Packard, NEC, Adecco and Robert Half International with their employment needs, training processes and management.

Meet Carol Taira. She is the Vice President of Finance and CFO of Goodwill Industries of Hawaii, Inc. She’s worked at Goodwill for over 13 years.
Previously she was a Controller at Tropical Trading Company for 10 years.
Carol has extensive experience in Finance and Retail Management, she operated retail clothing stores, Esprit and Kunah’s. Graduated from University of Hawaii, BBA at accounting.

Ann Boyd: Ann Boyd serves as Goodwill’s Senior Director of Business Operations; holding an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Liberty University and a MBA with concentration in Human Resource Management from Baker College and a Master’s of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and obtaining certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Ann joined Goodwill in January 2005 with over 23 years of management and public service experience. She has worked in various administrative, management, and rehabilitation positions throughout her career, much of it for the U.S. Navy, where she held a Top Secret security clearance. Throughout her career, she has taken on many different challenges (counseling, training, mentorship, speaking, customer service, employee relations, supervision and organization) and proven herself more than capable of achieving stellar outcomes and results. Ann applies her learned job skills and innate interpersonal abilities to every challenge and always strives to exceed outcomes and expectations.
Moses Gouveia is the President of the Honolulu Community College Fashion Club. “Goodwill is a place where I can find unique and affordable items that I can use to redesign or alter to make it fit into my design aesthetic.
